How long does a website take?
It depends on the scope. You’ll get a timeline in writing during planning, before any work starts, and we’ll keep you posted against it.
Can you work on a site someone else built?
Yes. Taking over sites from other teams is a big part of what we do. We start by reviewing what’s there and tell you plainly what needs attention.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
Yes. We build the editing experience around your content, so your team can update pages, products and posts without calling us.
Do you use page builders?
Not for new builds. We write custom themes and blocks, which keeps sites faster and easier to maintain. We do support existing sites that already use one.
What happens after launch?
Many clients move onto a monthly or quarterly care plan for updates, backups and security monitoring. Changes and new features can be scoped any time.
