Updates, monitoring follow-up and small fixes come out of the three included hours. Larger changes are scoped separately, and monthly clients get 15% off our programming rate for that work.
No one honestly can. Plugins and themes from different vendors don’t always play well together. What we can promise is a fresh backup before every update and a team that checks the site afterward and fixes conflicts quickly.
Yes. We’ll review the site first so we know what we’re taking on, and tell you about anything that needs attention before care starts.
Care plans cover the site itself, not the server it runs on. If your host has an outage, we’ll know about it and track it, but the fix is on their side.
Sites with big catalogs, lots of traffic or backups over 5GB usually need a custom arrangement. Tell us about the site and we’ll put one together.
