These terms apply to your use of merisign.com, operated by Merisign, LLC (“Merisign,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
The site describes our web design, development, mobile app and care plan services. That information is general and isn’t an offer or a contract. Any project, care plan or other engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Merisign, which takes priority over these terms.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break into it, disrupt it, send spam through our forms, or copy it by automated means beyond normal search engine indexing.
Content and ownership
The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to Merisign unless noted otherwise, and you may not reuse them without our permission. Client names, logos and work shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and appear with permission or as examples of our work.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don’t control, including client sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Content on the site, including our Insights articles, is general information and not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Merisign isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
